Good Deal on 6 foot? Opinions

Hey guys.
I'm currently looking for a new tank and found this in my local classifieds

I have a 6 x 18 x 18 tank on custom made jarrah stand for sale.
Stand is nice and high - top of tank is 1480mm from floor, and has a magazine rack below.
Tank is in good condition, filtered by an Aqua One CF1200 cannister and Atman 2000l/ph powerhead.
Setup comes complete with heater, light, substrate and attractive wood and rock decorations.

Currently housed in the tank are the following - 1 250mm pleco
1 150mm gibby
1 110mm archer
1 110mm jack dempsey
1 80mm blockhead

I will sell the complete unit with fish for $650.00

What do you think? It holds approx 100 gallons
and is 495 US Dollars and 281 Pounds

I might do that by just not taking the Archer and Common Plec
