Hello guys i need assistance here...i hav about 6 ghost shrimp in ny tank. I want 2 knw if the 1 in the pic is pregnant?

Yes she is. She will carry the eggs under her abdomen until they hatch.
 
Ok thank u...i hear itz rli hard 2 hatch and raise ghost shrimp tho
 
I have not kept ghost shrimps myself, but from things I have read it is tricky raising them. These shrimps hatch to a larval stage, unlike shrimps like cherry shrimps which hatch into miniature adults. These larvae need special feeding, which is difficult to do in an aquarium.
Unless you really want to try to raise them, I would just let them be eaten by any fish that you may have in the same tank. You would probably need a separate tank to raise the larvae, and you would need to do some research to find out what food they need.
 
It looks like a Neocaridina species to me. Is it transluscent white? If so, then the babies will hatch into miniature adults.
