Galaxy rasboras

Hi guys i added 3 small galaxy rasboras to my fluval flex 57l last week and i intend to get more today.

My question is has anyone noticed that these fish are a little bit aggresive towords each other they are chaseing each other around the tank like mad. Im hopeing getting more will settle them a bit Really love these fish

If you look them up on Seriously Fish http://www.seriouslyfish.com/species/celestichthys-margaritatus/ you'll see they comment on the fact that males spar almost continuously during daylight hours, and they suggest that 20+ is an ideal number to spread the aggression.
It is possible that you have 3 males, so getting more is a good idea.

Thats interesting i think i have two males and a female they show off to her all the time and spar each other but she just does her own thing haha im amazed how much character these little fish have

With 2m 1 f, they two males have something to fight over

Nothing beats 2 male CPDs showing off. they are truly a small often overlooked gem of the hobby.

In my opinion anyway

And responding to the question get some more would definitely help spread out the aggression as stated by essjay.

They are not too difficult to breed. For that price I would get into business pretty quickly.
