Fish Id?

Can any one tell me what fish this is? I have no idea it has long fins and is about 2'' under light it has neon blue dots on it ans its main colour is yellow? Any help would be great http/instagram.com/p/ffdT9TGTcP/

Yup, looks like a Golden Ram to me too, and very pretty it is!
 
It's one of the xanthistic (yellow) colour morphs of the usual Mikrogeophagus ramrezi.

Yep. It's a long-fin, though, which means you'll have to careful about tank mates who might nip and tear the fins.
