I have 3 oscar about 10 inches each one, and one of them try to eat but he can't, he spread out the food every time that he tries. Any one has an idea what could be the reason for that?

Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH?
If yes, what were the results in numbers?

How often do you do water changes and gravel cleans, and how much water do you change?
Big Oscars should get a big 75% water change and complete gravel clean every week to keep the nutrients and waste down to safe levels. Try doing a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate each day for a week and see if it helps.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it is added to the tank.

How often do you clean the filter and how do you clean it?
Power Filters should be cleaned at least once a month. Filter materials should be washed in a bucket of tank water.

If you can post a picture of the fish and a short 20 second video showing him trying to eat, that would give us a bit more information.
