Hey, last night i decided to go down (was 1:30am) and i walked into the room witht he fish tank in, and i turned the lights on and the fish were all pale and had little colour in them (well just the blue neons, and the xray neons). The temp wasnt low either, was normal 25.1, so any idea why this happens. Is it usual?
Thanks.

When my lights come on in the morning the neons are always quite pale. I am not sure but I think it has to do with their resting state and having been inactive during the darkness. After a half hour of so the neons start to get the color back, it could also be stress from the lights coming on suddenly causing them to go pale as a defence mechanism :dunno:
