Fish Can't Swim Straight......

It is a Diamond Tetra. He is kind of having shaking fits. When he swims he sometimes turns sideways. It's like he has loss of control. Getting stuck in plants. What is is and what do I do

Now he is upside down on the gravel twitching. I don't think I have time to save him. Do I get out the clove oil or can they bounce back from this ?

He is now in my 1 gallon tank with a bubbler. the Angel was starting to pick at him. I put a sprinkle of amoxicillan in there.

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Does he look thin or bloated.
Check his anus to see if its enlarged on red and inflamed.
What does it look like when he goes to the toilet.
Fitting can be the fish is dying, to internal parasites that have caused brain damage.
Not sure if fish fit with swim bladder.
