Fem Betta hanging at the bottom

Hi,

Ive had this lovely girl for a few months. Shes always been a cheery little fish. Very active. Healthy appetite. As of late shes been hanging at the bottom and not as cheery

Shes also developed a brown spot on the side of her mouth. Gave the glass a little tap so i could take a picture.

She lives in a 7 gallon tank.

checked for amonia and the water quality is fine.

What am i doing wrong?

Do you have tests for anything other than ammonia? Could you post the actual numbers from all the tests you've done, please?

Have you tried doing a large water change? Have you tried fasting (not feeding) her for a couple of days?
