Fat gourami

I have had a fish tank for many years now and have almost always kept a couple of gourami in the tank, it has been more experimental for me as I see what fish are compatible and which are easy to breed etc,
Only recently have I notice one of my gouramis look a little swollen and I'm not sure why I don't know the gender of the fish but I do know that my water is clear and the scales are not like 'pine comes' so to speak I have some pictures of my bloated gourami and the three mates it has and was wondering if anyone could give me any information and maybe the gender of the fish too

Denenitely female you can tell by the dorsel fin and anal fins females dorsal fins and anal fins are shorter and rounded where as the males have longer more pointed dorsel fins and anal fins

Thank you for your help, is it bad if she doesn't get rid of her eggs as I don't think she will lay them in the tank too much threat to her and I don't have any sub tanks
