Hey guys,
Just noticed today one of my velvet blues is not very active and kind of lies to one side then tries to stand upright. I've isolated her but wanted people thoughts about this?
Have some little things I sometimes see on the glass which might be planaria.

She may just be molting. Sometimes they will lay on their side when doing so. Leave her alone and see what happens.

Sadly not long after she was just lieing motionless on the floor. That gave an opportunity for the cardinals to start taking a bite of her which they took a chunk of her face off when I saw. I thought the right think to do was ethanise her. I could see her slightly twitching her leg with most of her face taken off which really got me :-(.

I got her about 5 months ago now and she was already an adult when I got her so most likely was due to old age.

It was wise to euthanize her at that point. I didn’t realize you had fish in the tank also. She was probably past her prime. So sorry.
