Hello, just after some enlightening.
I have a Dragon Blood Peacock just starting to colour up, believed to be Male from blue tinge on face and bigger spots of back fin.
But anyway I noticed today after getting a close look it has many many little black dots/spots all over it, face to body to fins. They are not sticking out like some parasites but I'm unsure what it is. All other fish are fine and have zero issues or dots. Just the Peacock. When I originally purchased the fish it had a black patch on one side but I gathered sometimes that's normal, but now ridden with dots.
Was unable to upload photo as file was too big unfortunately.
Any ideas? Cheers.

When I had my peacocks they would have small black dots but they where part of the coloring I'd have to see a pic of yours to say for sure if it's that or not.
