I think because of inbreeding my pearl danio has a very hunched back. It is swimming completely normal and was fine when I bought it, but it developed an unnaturally curved spine. I'm just wondering if it will be in pain or if I should put it down/ leave it be. I can provide a picture of necessary. :)

Development of a curved spine, in adult fish, is commonly a sign of old age, but we do need to rule out other factors, so can you please post the details of your set up? Size of tank, inhabitants and results of any water tests you've done would all be useful.
