Death

I just did a 75% water change. First all my fishes looked vibrant and happy. But after 4 hours or so I noticed one of my goldfish becoming pale. So i quickly removed him and put him another tank with a filter. He died a few mins later. Idk what happened. All my other fish look happy and fine. And my pH, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels are perfect. Please Help

I'm sorry for your loss

Can you please post the actual numbers from all your tests, please? How big is your tank, how long has it been set up, is it cycled, and exactly what fish do you have? Was the new water temperature matched and dechlorinated?

Sorry for all the questions, but we really need more information before we can work out what might have happened.
