Danio odd behavior

dear all

I have a long finned danio (one of 5) which is exhibiting odd behavior. It’s sitting on the bottom of the tank, tank is 15 gallon water parameters 0 ppm ammonia, 0ppm nitrates 0ppm nitrites. No red gills/ bloating deformities swimming - is it dying or just odd swims off with plenty of energy
