Hi Everyone I have had a aquaone nano 40 just collecting dust so finally go around to giving it a good clean and making plans for it when to my horror i discovered a small chip in the glass, its tiny but is on the curved corner part so im a little worried, I apologise for the pictures neither of my cameras would take a decent photo.
anyone had this before?
any advice would be much appreciated.

nope, nothing to worry about at all, especially as it's located at the very top of the tank, and even if it was at the very bottom that chip is relatively insignificant, a crack may well be a different story.

I used to have a tank with a similar chip but on the bottom area of curved glass, did not case me any problems at all.

Only way to be absolutely sure is simply to fill it up with water and leave for a day or two to see if anything occurs.

thanks guys I have seen bigger chips in tanks before so thought would be okay but always better to be safe than sorry going to fill her up now and see how we go.
thanks again its very much appreciated
