I have a fiddler crab with a platy a Molly and 4 tiger barbs. If I add a little marean salt will it hurt the other fish? And I know crabs need air but do they need a place to walk outside of water or just like a plant that they can climb to get air?

I'm not a crab expert, but I believe that fiddler crabs are brackish, so they need salt in their water. The molly may or may not be ok with that. The platy will definitely hate it.

Again, not too certain on the specifics on fiddler crabs, but anything with large pincers tends to try to grab anything with fins, leading to, at best, shredded fins, and at worst, death.

You'll probably also find the tiger barbs try to take chunks out of the molly and the platy as well.

Agreeing with the_lock_man ... tiger barbs are really nippy. I wouldn't put them in a tank with anything but their own kind. I remember my Dad have a few when I was a kid ... he swore he would never have them again.
