Will u please tell me how to make stock solution of copper and citric acid.

Why do you want a solution of copper and citric acid?

Copper is often used to kill algae and parasites. However at 40 parts per billion it will kill rainbow trout and other type of fish, shrimp, and snails. Some people appear to recommend using copper acidic acid solution at 15parts per million (insane levels). Enough to probably kill everything in the tank. You need very expensive ($1000 or more) accurately scales to prepare a 40ppb solution.

It is not something you want to use on an aquarium on a regular basis. There are probably other options available that are probably not as toxic.
