I have a 5.5 gallon tank with 3 adfs. It has about 5 plants in it at the moment. The tank has a heater and filter(of course) but i DONT want my plants to die since they were $8 a plant, at petsmart. So i read that you can place root tabs under the plants and gravel and replace it every 4 months. I bought some "Flourish root tabs" and it has a VERY SMALL amount of copper per tab to be specific its .001% copper and i know that copper is deadly for adfs but i was wondering if it would still be ok to use it if i buried it deep under the gravel?

They will be fine, the copper is present in very trace amounts, it's the same with all plant fertilisers, I use them with inverts with no problems
