Cockatoo Dwarf Cichlid

hi there i have a cockatoo dwarf cichlid he came down with white spot so we treated him for it and he came out of it ok but he has not been eating and wont swin he just drags himself along the gravel he,s been like this for over a week now he,s lost alot of colour too can anyone please tell me if he will get better and return to normal i will try and add a picture of him soon cheers for the help people

Could you do some water tests and posts the results on this thread for us? It may help us.
