Hi!
This is Amit. I'm completely new to have an aquarium. Just a couple of days ago I have started with my new aquarium with the size of 5'x2'x2'.
Firstly I housed 24 fishes in my aquarium. Those are:-
1. Discus- 5 nos.
2. Angel- 4 nos.
3. Asiatic- 1 no.
4. Dollar- 2 nos.
5. Clown Loach (Tiger Botia)- 2 nos.
6. Rainbow- 4 nos. (2 large, 2 small).
7. Feather- 2 nos.
8. Algae eater- 4 nos.

But on the next morning I started with my new aquarium, I found the two small rainbows & the feathers dead.

After that I put one Paraxin-500 capsule & one Metrogyl-400 tablet as per the advice of the shop owner from whom I purchased my aquarium & fishes.

Now from today evening I'm finding either of my Clown Loaches or sometimes both languised on each other at one side of my aquarium. When I touch the glass of the tank besides them, they are starting to run from one side to another. But after few minutes same thing is happening.

In this context I'm requesting the honourable members of this website to assist me about problem happening to my Clown Loaches, because I'm scaring that may be tomorrow morning I'll find those dead.

Kindly advice me what should I do on this current scenario.

With thanks and regards,
Amit Kumar Basu.

Welcome to TFF.

This sounds like a new tank cycling problem. Read the articles on cycling in the "Cycle Your Tank" section here:
http://www.fishforums.net/forums/cycle-your-tank.291/

My advice would be to return the fish to the store, explain you need to cycle your tank, and when the cycling is done we can consider fish. Some of those mentioned do not do well together anyway.

Byron.
