I have about 20 seeds I took from blood oranges and 20 I took from lemons. I germinated them and planted them, they are sprouting now and really growing. Root structure is developing. I want to know which ones I should plant since I know that they aren't true to parent. Will there be at least 1 true to the parent? I'm not sure which one I need to plant or should plant for it to be true to parent. Thanks

The only sure way of getting one exactly like the parent stock is via a graft, other wise you basically need to grow on all the seeds to maturity and fruiting and see from there which plant best suits your wants.

Yeah I know a graft will do it, I don't believe I can get any near me though. I'll probably buy a plant online.

If I did wait for maturity of seeds it would be like years right?

Yes often any fruiting tree grown from seed can take any where from 2 - 10 years before they fruit.
