Can I Keep Two Bronze Corydoras?

Its really recommended that you do proper schooling numbers, so i would say no to keeping two.

Generally, small fish school because they are safer from predators. When they are alone or in too small of numbers they become stressed out. A stressed fish is more susceptible to disease so keeping a fish that schools by itself or too few of them means that you will have an unhealthy fish and they will not live as long. Plus the higher number of schooling fish that you keep the more interesting they are because they come out more and display more natural behavior.
 
I agree with the above. Keep in mind these are in schools of hundreds to thousands in the wild. :)

10+ of any social species acts more natural and looks great, my biggest group is 25 midwater; diurnal; schooling catfish (Pareutropius mandevillei).
