So I know that guppies are best kept in 26c. For some strange reason my new heater isnā€™t raising above 74F. The down side of upgrading your aquarium is the new set up process. My question is will they be ok in this temperate? It may be the way I have placed the heater in the tank. The box states itā€™s a submersible heater and the angle I have put it at is just straight up and stuck to the side with suction clips. Any advice is appreciated, many thanks.

guppy's can tolerate a wide temperature range 68f-80f below or above they will suffer they do well between 70f and 74f
