Bristlenose pleco has large lump on fin.

Hi guys I have 2 bristlenose Plecos in a 30 gallon tank with a few other species and one of them has a large lump on one fin. The lump has been there for about a year and a half since I got her from a pet shop and is slowly growing in size and would like to know how to get rid of it. Thank you
