Blue Lobster Not Blue And Shrimp Pellets

OK, i read never to give blue lobsters shrimp because they carry some of the same diseases. But can i give him sinking shrimp pellets? i thought i read they are OK.
Also, While my lobster was not super blue when i bought him, since he molted (2-3 months ago he really hasn't regained his color. Here is a pic.





any ideas?

I've never seen a blue crayfish that looks like that. As for shrimp pellets, you are fine feeding him those. You just don't want crayfish and shrimp to be tankmates.
