My Peal Gourami is bloated, but it's still very active and continues to eat at feeding time. Given he's still active, swimming around and grazing on the fake plants I don't think its dropsy. Scales also arent pine coning either. Any thoughts? I'm trying to think how I could safely remove him for QT, but my other two tanks have inhabitants as well. 20gal is loaded with over 100 red cherry shrimp and my 10gal has 2 dwarf African frogs. Thoughts?

It'll be hard to try and treat him in the 90gal given the 13 other fish in there they will eat any peas or other food I try to give him. And trying to keep him from eating to see if it settles down would be impossible too given i still need to keep the others happy.

They will eat peas if you remove the shell and crush them up a little, my opaline gourami love peas

It looks like it's only on one side....is it a tumour?

Sadly yes it does look more like a tumour than bloat.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the consensus.
