Black male molly developed white area on tummy

My black molly I got a few weeks ago from my local pet store now has this white stuff on his belly, I've never had ICh so idk what it looks like in the flesh but it doesn't seem like ich. Hes acting totally normal, it almost looks like eggs but I know it's not bc they're livebearers and it's a male anyways. Any ideas?? I have him quarantined right now, to get easy pics and in case it spreads

Post some pictures of the fish so we can clearly see the issue. If the images are too big, set the camera's resolution to its lowest setting and take some more pics. The images will be smaller and should fit.

Check the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH and GH of the water and post the results here.
