Here are better pictures. I'm going to go through with the new tank, but I'll also add aquarium salt. It's dangerous to try to add medication to a fish unless I find out what is wrong. He only rubs up against things, and if he does have ich the aquarium salt might help. I hope I am doing the right thing. Thank you all so much for your advice.
