my female betta has a bald patch and a red spot what is wrong with her has she been attacked i put her in the breeder and put in a bit of salt

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Is there just one red spot as in the title you said red dots.
