Betta types

hi can anyone tell me what type of Betta his is pls saw it in a pet shop with no label and am trying to find one else where like this one. Thanks in advance also is it normal for them to flare alot

Not a Betta expert. Looks like a half-moon to me. Bettas are usually divided by fin type. However, sometimes you find specific "strains", I don't know if this is one of those or not honestly.

Betta splendens, but no idea what form it is. But it's a common male Siamese fighting fish but just a variation on the normal ones commonly seen.
