Today betta fry hatching from eggs and some swimming around nest and some fell down without any movement. And male not picking them for putting them in bubbles. Are those died fry?

The fry normally sink after hatching and the male should pick them up and put them back in the nest. However, sometimes the male doesn't and then fry sit on the bottom for a couple of days before they swim around.

They might be dead but normally they just need a few more days to develop.

After how many days and how many times should I feed them?
I will feed them egg yolk as you said mixing with water
And how many days that liquid of egg yolk will stay edible for fry?

The clear babies (fry) will hang on the side of the glass or plants for a couple more days before they start swimming about. When they start swimming around, you start to feed them with infusoria, green water or egg yolk.

Feed the babies at least 3 times per day.

You need to make up a new egg yolk mixture each day. So each day you boil another egg and push the yolk through a handkerchief into a small container with some dechlorinated tapwater. Then shake it up and use an eye dropper to add some of the to the tank. Keep the mixture in the fridge when not using it.

After the fry have been on egg yolk, infusoria or green water for 2 weeks, you can start offering them newly hatched brineshrimp. Keep feeding egg yolk, infusoria or green water until all the fry are eating newly hatched brineshrimp.

The fry that eat the baby brineshrimp will have little orange bellies. When all the fry have orange bellies from the brineshrimp, you can stop feeding the other foods.
