One of bigger fry got bloating problem. First i thought he got injury at caudal fin but his all fins are in good condition.
This is first time he swim at 45 degree to 80 degree. Is it ok to fast him for 1 day?

If the fry is more than 1 month old it could go for 24 hours without food.

If the fry is taking air from the surface, it might have ingested a lot of air and this could cause the fish to have trouble swimming level.

He is almost 3 month old. He takes air from surface. He eats also lot than other fries. How to cure him?

How to cure him?
Why is this question being asked? You should know the answer to this after all you breed the fish.

By now he should be in his own tank so fixing it is not a problem just feed him less.

Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate & pH and make sure that is good.

Do a big water change and gravel clean the substrate each day for a week to make sure the tank is clean. Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks.

Post a picture and if possible a short 20 second video of the fish swimming funny.

If it is too much dry food and ingesting air, then stop feeding for a day or two and see if it helps. If it doesn't help then it could be something else. Most internal problems can be hard to treat.
