I was in Pets at Home recently and they were selling a plant, which essentially looked like a piece of growing bogwood. The shop assistant said it was Bonsai ... anyone seen before? I have tried to do a search but have not had any luck in finding an image that looks like it.

Anyone know of it and advise whether it is something that is easy to grow??

Thanks.

I think its a moss of some sort growing on a piece of bogwood. I've seen these advertised in pets at home but there's never been any there any time I looked. PFK had an artical on this a while back but didn't actually say fish were living in the tank. This was a real bonsai. I love bonsai's myself and have a few of them around my home.

these are normally pieces of wood with either Windelov or anubias attached to it. Normally really easy to grow.

Doing one of these with a cutting from a dead tree and some moss in a pico tank I got from my lfs this weekend.
