Any Advice On Planting A Tank?

Looking at planting my 4' x 1.5' x 2' freshwater tank not sure how to go about it. I currently have 4 x spotted silver dollars 1 x goldspot pleco 1 x chocolate pleco and 1 x black ghost knife. Any advice on types of plants and the best way to plant them etc will be greatly appreciated

I'm not sure what plants will escape a silver dollar's appetite.
Possibly anubias as they're tougher, but don't count on it.
