How large is the tank? Sometimes it's not just watts per gallon sometimes it is total wattage I believe.
 
Yes so 15 watts if I am correct anubias is able to live with that low light but will grow slowly. No ferts or co2 required. Remember you cannot plant these directly into the substrate.

Btw if you plant anubias into the substrate it will die. You can attach it to your decorations with thread fishing line or some people use super glue but....
 
Oh okay, i will probably plant it my cave then, but it still can go into the gravel, right? because you can bury the roots but not the rhizome, I am very new to this so I have no idea if it is true
 
I think so but I'm not sure what you could do though is attach it to a piece of slate or something and brush some gravel over the slate. (suggested to me by eaglesaquarium)
