First thing we need is more details on your set up, so we can try and work out what might be happening with your fish.
How big is your tank, how long has it been running and do you know if it's cycled?
Have you tested the water for ammonia, nitrite or nitrate?
How often do you do water changes, and how large are they (ie 25% or 50%)?
Is your water hard or soft?
