Alge Problem

hey guys,

i got back to my dorm room today after having a week off for thanksgiving, and my tank has a lot of alge in it. and i guess my question is, how do i go about getting rid of it. just scrap it off the glass or something like that? or is there a better way of doing it? thanks in advance for all the help

Algae magnets are my favorite, I don't think I could live without them

If they are on your gravel too, try gravel vaccuming. That's what I do to get it off my gravel.

dont have to worry about the gravel......sand substrate here. ill have to try the magnet idea.
