I've noticed a few links for algae identification but I don't think they show what I've got in my tank. My algae isn't (afaik) a threat of any sort; in fact it's rather nice, clinging to the rear wall of the tank and there are long delicate green strands waving gently in the current from the Fluval U3. My gouramis like to peck at it. I wish I could get something like it growing in my goldfish's tank, he'd love the extra greens; all he's got is dull browny-green stuff.
