Thor the Oscar has now gone to a new home. He had reached sexual maturity and was beating the devil out of Loki. I tried the rescape the tank and a few other tricks, but poor Loki was copping it. I thought about dividing the tank, but opted for finding Thor a new home instead. Sooo now Loki has the entire tank to himself, he is starting to come back out, still keeping a very wary eye out though, but he will settle. II am editing new pics now, but his tank will go back to the fake grass as it is just so much nicer and easier to clean. Will update again when its been rescaped

Gizmo and Piper the axolotls spawned a few days ago, sadly i didnt realise until it was too late for the eggs.....Next time i will be better prepared

I have lost a few of the female betta to old age
Wiill look at getting some more at some stage

Went to the pet shop the other day to get a new goldie (to replace the calico oranda i lost), they had none similar, so i opted for a gorgeous baby calico fantail. They had just come into store and when the guy was catching the one i chose, he asked if i would like to take home some others that he noted were not coping too well, of course i said yeah i'll take em and see what i can do. So 1 goldie turned into 8 lol
All of them are now doing really well and are absolutely adorable, so tiny!! (Pics to come)

Picked up a stunning koi angel to go in with the discus and a few smaller blue angels (cant wait for these guys to get some size)

Removed the spraybar from the severum tank and gave it a biit of a rescape, looking much nicer i think

Got my repaired 2.5ft back, and it and its pair are now both been divided into 3 sections, so far only 4 of the 6 sections have stock in them

The calico goldies are so beautiful and adorable!
So yesterday i emptied the 6ft of most of its water and hit it with antibiotics. I left the tank with the limited water for a while, then filled it back up. I have left the antibiotic in there and will do a fairly large water change next weekend to remove the majority of it. HOPEFULLY this kills off the blue green algae.
I took Loki's tank back to fake grass, looks nicer than sand/gravel and is way easier to maintain. I added a small convict to his tank, we will see if he manages to evade Loki to grow up Once the African cichlids have sold i will catch the large male BN in there and that will go in with Loki also
The 90gal will become Beasties home and Beasties tank, hopefully, will come inside and become home to all the goldies

Only 1 tank is running, i am waiting for the HOBs to come in before i can start up the other tank. There are now 3 betta in the top tank though. I havent got pics as i am battling cloudiness in their tank, the sand is being a pain, and if it doesnt clear up shortly it is going to get pulled and i will do a different substrate.
So found a larger tank for the goldies, 4.7ft long x 2.5ft wide. Or i may use it for Beastie, i will need lids cut though.
I am trading my 2 3ft tanks for the larger one......now i gotta shuffle the fish room to fit it in lol
