Female guppy give birth
Different Male guppy mates with her
Would this mean the old males sperm would be replaced? Or is that not the case?

she will be fertilized by a bunch of different males in your tank, I think they can pick
And choose what sperm to use don't quote me on it, you should really isolate her for a few days after she bears young so she isnt stressed

Fresh sperm will have an advantage over old sperm, but I will not replace it by 100% The older the old sperm the higher the success rate of the new sperm.
