    My tank is in to its 3rd week of cycling.
    Ammonia 0.25
    Nitrite 5
    Nitrate 10-20

    Its a 200l, fluval 306 external filter with 300 watt heater.
    set up with substrate slate & plants.
    My concern is that the nitrite is off the colour chart turning crimson within 2 mins even after a 75% wc. Is my tank in danger of stalling?
