I by no means am an aquascaper, nor am I any kind of seasoned fish keeper, but I love my tank, my fish love my tank, and I love my fish, so all is well. This is only my first attempt at keeping fish so please keep that in mind when viewing my photo's.
This is a 50 gallon tank and holds 3 platys, 10 panda corys, 20 glowlight tetras, and quite a few trumpet snails. It is a very peaceful tank and the hours of enjoyment I get from watching it are incredible. It is placed right at the foot of my bed and I sit there with my laptop and surf the net and get lost in watching my fish :hyper: I just wish I could purchase plants online that didn't cost a fortune in shipping charges. Canada doesn't have many options for plants that I have found and my local shops only have the bare minimum like swords and maybe a crypt. So for that reason my plants are pretty much all duplicates. I do have some fast growing Cabomba floating to try and keep the hair algae from getting any worse than it currently is. Once my java moss grows a bit larger I plan to make a moss wall but for now it's fine floating about as well.
