So i have a 26 gallon tall aquarium with 6 zebra danios in it right now. In a week or two i want to add more fish. This tank is lightly plants with many hiding places.
What are my options for fish to add? i know that im gonna add a small school of Ablino Corys for the bottom. But should i get some livebearers, a gourami, or what?
ANY INPUT WILL BE GREAT!!

This is a difficult one to answer not knowing your preferences. However, the cory's are a good start, for a mid water fish you could choose from harlequins, serpae tera, red eyed tetra, neons, rosy barbs. As for the top, I like pearl gourami's and white cloud moutain minnow. Not a fan of livebearers now, not without a small "birthing" tank, had my partner screaming when they get eaten lol, even tho I told her that was just natures way. Found them interesting enough when I was younger but guess I have out-grown them now. :good:

well i was originally going to add neons until read somewhere that they wouldn't get along with the zebras because the zebras are far to fast for them, is this true? do you think i could keep 2 or 3 platies or mollies?

Not heard that and haven't had any problems keeping them together myself. I always used to keep 2 females to each male when I had live bearers, seemed to keep them happier, less harassment I guess.
