Git a 90 litre uk tank, my pump does 450 litres per hour
Is this ok? Or ideally do I need more?

It sounds fine to me unless you are into very high tech planted tanks. High tech planted tanks run at a value closer to 10X flows to make it easier to control algae while you are at a nominal 5X flow.
