I've given up swearing this year, it was going to be to completely stop smoking after reducing from 60 a day to two a day but decided I wasnt.

That's the idea..... Give up something you maybe do to much off/is bad for you/something you enjoy. Its not supposed to be easy.
So far, today, I haven't swore but then I've had a more or less stress free day, haven't been stuck in a traffic jam and all has been good so its not been too hard. A day with a lot of stress and I don't know if I could say the same at the end of the day.

Well I was meant to be giving up buying non essential fish keeping items, but I bought the bits to make a python water changer thingy yesterday. I have convinced myself that it is essential though lol...
