what do you mean by cm to litre?

do you mean for example how many litres is a 90cm x 30cm x 30cm?

Sorry, no.
I mean a ratio of fish length to litres.
i.e, how many fish of the same size could i keep in a 100L tank...

Those calculations are not accurate and do not take activity or adult size into consideration.. you would be better off posting your set up information and the fish you want to keep, then someone will be able to tell you how many of each would be best.

cool no worries.
well i have just finished cycling a 20L aquarium for my worktop.
I just need to know roughly how many fish i could keep, mainly tetras, rasboras, or danios.

You'd be looking at 6-8 fish, whose adult size is 10-20mm (2/5-4/5 of an inch), it would be better if you picked a species which stayed under 15mm. On top of that, some shrimp would work because they are low bioload.

Stocking by size is not the best way. There is a lot more to it then that,

This is a fun site it will give you a good idea of what could work.
