Hi,
i bought a couple new fish on saturday and i was told that they where all peaceful. I have come in from work today and found one of my phantom tetras with no tail! can someone please help me and tell me what this fish is call and if it could be te culprit?
The fish in question are about 2-3 inch lon, they are brown in colour and have a cream/golden stripe down their side and twe stripes on their head. When the light hits their head they have neon blue makrings and neon blue anal fins. i have posted a pic as amy profile as i dont know how i add it to here!
Thanks!

Ill get this right at some point!
the tank is a 360 litre so its quite large, we have some phantom tetras, mollies, snakeskin gouramis, plecs and corys, danios and platys. the woman at the shop and its a specalist shop knew this and said that these would be ok with what i have got.

does it look like a krib to you - cant see the pic very clearly, but you can see it real life? it might be an apistogramma, but not sure from the pic, abit small to see.
After looking into the krib it is that one, i have two a male and female ( presuming it's female cos of the red belly) my phantom tetras tail was taken clean off could they of been responsible? I'll try and get a clearer pic.
