Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Did you add the old filter sponges to the new filter.

Sunken in belly can be bacterial, fish tb, internal parasites.

What does it look like when your fish go to the toilet.
Any fish look skinny or bloated.
Check your fish anus for being red and inflamed or enlarged.
Any worms ptutruding from the anus.
Any fish have bent spines.

Can you take a look at this link to see if the fish are show anymore fish tb symtoms.
http://www.torrens.o...disease/tb.html

A red inflamed anus can also be dropsy.

Your fish are showing signs of fish tb to internal parasites.
