I want to get 1-3 spotted Doras but I'm afraid they might eat my cardinal tetras. Anyone got any experience ?

my bf has one and they only ever eat the food we put in. i would say that they will be fine coz they dont swim near the bottom of the tank any way.n

its okies they are catfish so they are hardy too i want one soooo badly but they cost like 8 pound 
and my tank is already full lol so i have to stop myself. My LFS has a huge onein but that is like 20 pound lol
