I noticed yesterday that there is what looks like some sort of damage to my pangasius's dorsal fin, I dont think its fungus but it looks more like he has maybe damaged it while darting about the place.

Is there anything I should look out for?....it doesnt seem to be bothering him atall but can anyone recomend anything I can use that will help it heal?

Its only tiny but I dont want him getting it infected and risk losing him as he is by far my favourite.

I dont like putting too many chemicals in my tank but I have heard people talking about 'stress coat'?

Any sugestions?

If you can issolate him to make sure it dosn't get infected you could try him on an internal bacteria med, if not just add some melafix to the tank, good luck.
